How do I register?
Participants may register online through our scheduling website.
When can I register?
Registration for the Fall 2024 event is open. Register Here. We encourage you to join our mailing receive the most up-to-date information about Nashville Pilates Events. You may join our mailing list by emailing nashvillepilatesevents@gmail.com your name and phone number.
How much does the weekend cost?
The Early Bird price for the Fall 2024 weekend is $850. Early Bird registration ends on June 30, 2024. The cost of the full weekend is $950.
Where will the event be held?
The Fall 2024 event will be held at Absolute Pilates, in Brentwood, TN. Here is a link to Google Maps. Here is a link to directions to find the studio within the building.
Is there a registration deadline?
No, there is not a registration deadline. In order to ensure your spot in the training, we recommend registering early.
What if I have to cancel my reservation?
Reservations canceled prior to September 1, 2024 will receive a 50% refund. Reservations canceled on or after September 1, 2024 will not be eligible for a refund.
What is your COVID-19 policy?
We will use CDC’s Community Level COVID-19 data tracker (found here) to help inform our masking and testing policy. Regardless of the community level, we welcome masks, will have True HEPA Air purifiers, and will require that participants self-certify that they are symptom-free at the time of the training. Where should I stay during the weekend?
Nashville has many options for hotels and AirBNB’s you can choose from for your stay. Absolute Pilates is located in Brentwood, TN (link to Google Maps location). Here is a link to several hotel options that are within 0.5 miles of the studio.
Who can I contact for help or assistance?

Will I be working out?
Yes! Plan to move a lot - this weekend is all about your personal practice. Both days of the weekend will include a Mat Pilates Class. Additionally, each day will include small group equipment classes.
What do I need to wear?
Please arrive dressed for a workout. Wear tight fitting clothing that you are able to move in. Temperatures can vary in the studio, so dressing in layers is recommended.
What do I need to bring?
Come dressed for a workout, layered clothing is recommended. Bring any snacks or beverages you would like. Coffee and tea will be available in the mornings and water and light snacks will be provided in the afternoon. Bring a pen, highlighters and a notebook for extra notes.
